Prior to joining Elle Commercial, she was a Commercial Real Estate agent with a brokerage and investment firm representing 100+ shopping centers and over one million sqft of retail, where she excelled in Landlord/Tenant Rep. As a Corporate Executive, Denise's strengths lie in accurate valuations and helping her clients net the highest possible return on their investment. Denise has a true passion for what she does and approaches each transaction as though it were her own investment -- always working to protect her clients interest and seeking the best ways to help them build wealth through intensive and laser focused research, supported by the best advisory, marketing and financing services. 

She is a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
